Return Policy

At Salify, we sell digital products. Due to the nature of this type of product, we do not accept returns or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available to the customer (for example, through download, delivery of an access link, or delivery of credentials).

Why we don't offer returns

Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense: once a file, piece of content, or access has been delivered, there is no way to guarantee the customer has not kept a copy or made use of it. For this reason, all sales of digital products are final.

This policy applies to all types of digital products we sell, including (but not limited to):

• Downloadable files (PDFs, templates, ebooks, software, etc.)
• Courses or digital content with online access
• Licenses or activation keys
• Subscriptions or digital access
• Any other content delivered in digital format

Before you buy

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product description, technical requirements, and any available previews before completing your purchase, as we do not issue refunds for change of mind, choosing the wrong product, or incompatibility with your device or software, except as noted in the technical issues section below.

Technical issues or delivery problems

If you experienced a technical problem when receiving or downloading your product (for example: the file is corrupted, the link doesn't work, you never received the product, or the content delivered doesn't match what you purchased), please contact us right away at [gexaweb@gmail.com] so we can resolve it. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, resend the correct product or fix the technical issue. This does not constitute a return, but a correction of a delivery error.

European Union consumers

If you are a consumer within the European Union, the law grants you a default 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that:

• You gave your express consent for the performance/delivery of the digital content to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• You acknowledged that, by giving such consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and accepting this store's terms, you confirm that you have read this information and agree that delivery of the digital product will begin immediately, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal once the product has been downloaded or delivered.
